  • Establishment of Common Effluent Treatment Plant on a Public Private Partnership basis through the grant funding of UNDP. Preparation of detail design & construction documentation of Kasur Tannery Pollution Control Project comprising the World second largest Tannery Effluent Pre-treatment Plant and Pakistan’s first Tannery Solid Waste Disposal Site. Consultancy services provided to United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
  • Establishment of Cleaner Production Center in Sialkot and introduction of cleaner production techniques in Tanneries of Punjab on a Public Private Partnership basis through the grant funding of NORAD. This project comprises the industrial surveys, process studies and improvements, identification of CP techniques, engineering design and development of demonstrative models, case studies, training and technical assistance to the tanners for the design and installation of CP equipments. This is a joint project of Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) Pakistan and Pakistan Gloves Manufacturers' Export Association (PGMEA).
  • Establishment of Tannery Zone and Design of effluent and solid waste treatment facilities at Multan, a project of Environment Protection Department, Government of Punjab.
  • Technical Assistance and Consultancy for the Implementation of the Sector Phase-out Plan of CTC in Pakistan to implement Montreal Protocol through UNIDO, Vienna Contract No. 2005/067
  • Preparation of Investment Projects in the Solvent Sector (ODS Program) including Industrial Survey in different industrial clusters in Pakistan. A UNIDO Project # 2003/094 from Vienna, Austria funded by the Multilateral Fund of Montreal Protocol.
  • Establishment of Municipal Waste Water Recycling Plant at SITE Karachi. A Malaysian Client for Govt. of Sindh sponsors the project. It is targeted at recycling of 10-15 million gallons of water per day. This project comprises the industrial survey of SITE area, civil survey, soil investigation, process selection, engineering and design of Recycling Plant.
  • Construction Supervision of Common Tannery Effluent Treatment Plant and Tannery Solid Waste Disposal Site at Kasur. The Plant and Disposal Site is fully operational. The consultancy services were provided to United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
  • Preparation of documents including instructions, procedures and training material relating to the Operation & Maintenance and Material Procurement for KTPCP. The consultancy services were provided to UNIDO.
  • National HCFC Phase out Management Plan (HPMP) for the provision of consultancy services to prepare Investment Component of the HPMP and 4(four) individual/ umbrella projects in the foam and refrigeration sectors in Pakistan. UNIDO Project MP/PAK/08/004.
  • Provision of consultancy services to carry out additional works to UNEP survey on HCFC consumption and to prepare National HCFC Phase out Management Plan (HPMP) for Pakistan till 2030. UNIDO Project MP/PAK/08/007.
  • Provision of consultancy and technical services, engineering and daily technical supervision of the implementation of investment projects in the refrigeration and foam sector under National HCFC Phase out Management Plan (HPMP) for Pakistan. UNIDO Project Nos. MP/PAK/09/005 & MP/PAK/09/006
  • Study to establish the Fat Recovery plant from the Lime Fleshing in Kasur under UNIDO Pakistan Contract No. FBPAK09013 dated May 18, 2010.
  • Engineering, design and preparation of technical specifications for the Fat Recovery plant from the Lime Fleshing in Kasur. This assignment included procurement of plant and design of civil, mechanical, electrical, public health works- Project No. FB/PAK/09/013. UNIDO Contract NO. 16002186.
  • Design and Construction Coordination for the Coca-Cola Waste Water Treatment Plant.
  • Master Plan for Solid Waste Management system in Kasur. This project comprises of 237 industrial surveys and interview with the key informant and general public. The Project was funded by UNIDO.
  • Two (2) Studies for the Establishment of Solid Waste Disposal Site Sialkot. The project comprises civil surveys, geo-investigations and techno economic studies. The project was funded by Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD)
  • Establishment of Chrome Recovery Plant in Sialkot. The project comprises civil surveys, geo-investigations and techno economic studies, detail engineering design, review, preparation of tender document, tender evaluation & recommendation for award, contract agreements, contract documents and construction supervision. This project is financed by Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
  • Establishment of Analytical Laboratory in Sialkot. This project comprises selection of equipment, development of specification, preparation of tender document, tender evaluation & recommendation for award, contract agreements, contract documents and construction supervision. This project is financed by Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
  • Establishment of Analytical Laboratory in Kasur. This project comprises selection of equipment, development of specification, preparation of tender document, tender evaluation & recommendation for award, contract agreements, contract documents and construction supervision. Government of Punjab finances this project.
  • Establishment of Information Center in tanneries in Sialkot. This project comprises selection of equipment, development of specification, preparation of tender document, tender evaluation & recommendation for award, contract agreements, contract documents and construction supervision. This project is financed by Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
  • Design and installation supervision of Dust Collectors in leather industries of Sialkot.
  • Survey of Tanning Industries for the development of Industrial Information Network (IIN) for SMEDA Project. UNDP and Government of Pakistan jointly finance the Project.
  • Construction supervision of Mechanical Works for the Establishment of 24,000 m3 Industrial Effluent discharge per day Treatment Plan for Century Paper & Board Mills Ltd. The services were provided to PESB of Malaysia.
  • Techno Economic Study for the Establishment of Common Tannery Effluent Treatment Plant in Sialkot on BOOT Basis. This Study is for a private sector Malaysian investor.
  • Techno Economic Study for the Establishment of Common Tannery Effluent Treatment Plant in Multan on BOOT Basis. This Study is for a private sector Malaysian investor.
  • Techno Economic Study for the Establishment of Sewerage Treatment Plants on BOOT basis in major cities of Pakistan. This Study includes identification of projects and it’s ranking. This study is for a foreign investor.
  • Study for the quantification of Hospital Waste in Punjab. This study is for a foreign investor.
  • Techno Economic Study for the development of integrated Hazardous Waste Management System in Pakistan on BOOT basis. This study is for a foreign investor.
  • Study on Water Conservation in Vehicle washing in Punjab.
  • Study on Tanning Chemicals in Leather Industry of Pakistan

This project included selection of process and equipment, development of specifications, preparation of tender document, Tender Evaluation and construction supervision. This project was funded though the multilateral fund for the implementation of Montreal Protocol

  • Environmental Assessment Study (IEE and EIA) for proposed Hospital in Jacobabad District Jacobabad, Sindh, funded by USAID. NOC was obtained from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA)
  • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study for Mangla View Resort Project. This also included obtaining NOC from EPD Punjab.
  • Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Study Report for Sialkot Tannery Zone, Sialkot. This also included obtaining NOC from EPD Punjab.
  • Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Study for establishment of semen collection centre for Sahiwal & Exotic Breeds at Khizerabad District Sargoodha. This also included obtaining NOC from EPD Punjab.
  • Environment Impact Assessment of 132 kV Sub-Transmission Line from Chakwal Grid Station to Pak Cement & D.G. Khan Cement
  • Environment Impact Assessment of 132 kV Sub-Transmission Line from Chakwal Grid Station to Best Way Cement Grid Station
