Infrastructure Planning and Design

• Establishment of Tannery Zone in Sialkot. A project of STAGL. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan over an area of 500 acers, internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities. This also included preparation of bill of quantities and preparation of PC-1 for approval by the competent authority.

• Establishment of University at Loralai. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, 3D model, detail architectural and structural design of academic blocks, admin block, boys & girls hostels, auditorium, mosque, bus terminal, bus stops, playgrounds, staff housing, model school, community center and ancillary buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. This further included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities. This also included preparation of bill of quantities and preparation of PC-1for approval by the competent authority and tender documents.

• Establishment of Degree College for Boys in Defense Housing Authority (DHA), Lahore. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, 3D model, detail architectural and structural design of academic blocks, libraries, offices, laboratories, open areas & assembly areas, various ancillary buildings including gymnasium, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. This further included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities. This also included preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents. Due to overloading in other schools of DHA, this has now been converted Center of Excellence in DHA, Lahore.

• Master planning and detail architectural design of buildings and associated works in Cadet College Pishin

• Establishment of Collection Point & Cold Storage at Khuzdar (Balochistan).This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project components involved complete facilities for collection of horticulture and its sale like office complex, fruit sheds, vegetables sheds, cold storage, overhead water reservoir, public toilet block and parking areas. The project also included selection of equipment internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, pre-qualification of contractors, tendering & award and construction supervision.

• Establishment of Dhakki Dates Processing Plant at D.I Khan (KPK). This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, selection of process & equipment, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.

• Establishment of Khairpur Dates Processing Plant at Khairpur (Sindh). This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, selection of process & equipment, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.

• Establishment of Haripur Collection Point & Cold Storage (KPK). This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included selection of equipment, internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, pre-qualification of contractors, tendering & award and construction supervision.

• Establishment of Batkhela Collection Point & Cold Storage (KPK). This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included selection of equipment, internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, road and side walk network, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, pre-qualification of contractors, tendering & award and construction supervision.

• Establishment of Turbat Dates Factory (Balochistan).This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, selection of process & equipment, preparation of master plan, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and buildings, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.

• Establishment of Rakh Chand Rai Military Farm, Lahore. A project of RV&F in an area of over 85 Acers including admin block, dairy building, weigh station, feed storage, feed mills, animal sheds, vet doctor’s compound, water retaining structures, water tanks, milking parlors as well as mosque and residential colony. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, 3D model, detail architectural and structural design of various buildings and sheds, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. This further included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads, electric and gas utilities. This also included preparation of bill of quantities and preparation of material specifications and tender documents.

• Establishment of Bangali Military Farm, Lahore. A project of RV&F. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation and preparation of master plan.

• Establishment of Pirowal Military Farm, Khaniwal, Multan. A project of RV&F. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation and preparation of master plan.

• Establishment of Center of Excellence for Semen Production of Sahiwal, Exotic Dairy & Beef Breeds at Khizerabad in association with JIM. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, preparation of master plan, 3D model, detail architectural and structural design of various buildings and sheds, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. This further included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads, electric and gas utilities. This also included preparation of bill of quantities, preparation of material specifications, tender documents, short listing of contractors, tendering & award and construction supervision.

• Design of Administration, Control Building and other ancillary building for Kasur Tannery Pollution Control Project. Project covered area 42,000 sq. ft.

• Design of Administration, Academic Building and other ancillary buildings for WAPDA’s Thermal Training Academy at WAPDA Town Lahore. Covered area 92,000 sq. ft.

• Establishment of Chromium Recovery Plant Building in Sialkot. This project included topographic survey, geo investigation, selection of process & equipment, detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and building, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of various buildings. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads & culvert, electric and gas utilities, preparation of bill of quantities, tender documents, short listing of contractors, tendering & award and construction supervision.

• Establishment of circuit house at Shirani Town, Balochistan. This project is proposed on the hill top in the newly proposed city of Shirani Town. This project comprises detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and building, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of building. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads & electric system, preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.

• Establishment of Milking Parlor at Military Dairy Farm Gujranwala. The components included office block, milking parlor/animal shed, generator house, feed storages and animal traffic plan. This milking parlor is designed for over 1,000 in-milk cows. This project comprises detail architectural and structural design of various civil structures and building, preparation of plan, elevation, sections and perspective views of building. The project also included internal and external design of sewerage and drainage system, water supply, internal roads & electric system, preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.

• Detailed design of water supply system including water tanks at Shirani Town, Balochistan

• Design & approval of Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage System of Fazaia Housing Scheme, Lahore including Lift Stations from WASA Lahore.

• Renovation & Refurbishment of Cotton Textile Factory, Kabul Road, Kandhar & Cotton Cloth factory, Jalalabad (Afghanistan).

• Proto type design for 50 vocational Training Institute in Punjab. IN Consult was involved in preparation of proto-type design of Vocation training schools for various trades of the training. These 50 VTIs were to be established in various districts of Punjab

• Establishment of Theme Park Complex at Ayub National Park, Jehlum Road Rawalpindi. This project included Technical, Financial and Legal due diligence, preparation of request for proposal, international tendering, evaluation and financial closure. This project was for Pakistan Army Heritage Foundation to be handled through a BOT concept.
